Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Here is exactly how refunds work.
Full Refund — No Questions Asked
You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 14 days of payment and your order has not yet been sent to print. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method. No explanation required.
After Printing Has Started
Once your order has been approved and sent to our print partner, we cannot stop the printing process. Refunds after this point are at our discretion. If there is a quality issue with the printed pages — for example, the coloring pages are clearly defective or the wrong images were printed — contact us and we will make it right.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made more than 14 days after payment are handled on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee a refund after this window.
AI Output Quality
The coloring pages are generated by AI. Results vary and we cannot guarantee the output will match your expectations. This variability is disclosed before purchase and does not constitute grounds for a refund on its own. That said, if you are genuinely unsatisfied, reach out — we are a small team and will do our best to help.
Delivery Issues
If your letter does not arrive within 4 weeks of your shipping notification, contact us. We will investigate with USPS and, if the letter is confirmed lost, we will offer a reprint or a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@cuteartbook.com with:
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief description of the issue (optional for pre-print refunds)
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
